Prior to joining Marillion team Irina worked in EY for 11 years. At Marillion Irina is a Senior Partner and the Head of Audit Department.
She has sound experience in auditing Russian holdings/subsidiaries of Russian or worldwide groups.
Irina works with clients from manufacturing (including automotive) sector, wholesale trading and as well as professional services sector.
More than 28 years of experience in audit.

- Statutory audit;
- IFRS audit;
- Transformation of statements from RAS to IFRS;
- Consolidation of large groups of companies;
- First-time adoption of IFRS.
