Education: Russian People’s Friendship University (Bachelor & Master of Economics, diploma with honors). Certified Professional Accountant. ACCA Member.
Natalia joined Marillion in 2002 as a Consultant. After 4 years she was promoted to Manager, then Senior Manager with the responsibility to manage clients, subsidiaries or branches of large international companies in the spheres of Wholesale, Retail, Construction, Services & Representative Offices. In 2013 Natalia became a Partner and the Head of Outsourcing Department. In 2022 she heads the Marillion group of companies as a Managing Partner.
At Marillion Natalia specializes in working with clients in wholesale, retail, manufacturing, public works and services sectors.
More than 20 years of experience in outsourcing.
The main areas of activity:
- Helping clients in set-ups of clients' businesses;
- Implementation of information and document flows;
- Automation and optimization of procedures;
- Developing of transformation models in IFRS.
